Policies & Procedures 

At KD Marketing Lab, our commitment is to provide exceptional service to our valued clients. To ensure transparency, fairness, and mutual understanding, we have developed a comprehensive policy for our service packages. This policy covers essential aspects like scheduling, cancellations, refunds, package expiry, and service expectations.

  1. Scheduling: We understand the value of time for both our clients and our team. Therefore, all service bookings included in a package must be scheduled at least one week in advance. This advanced notice enables our team to efficiently allocate resources, prepare tailored strategies, and deliver the highest level of service. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this scheduling policy.

  2. Cancellations: Unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of a service. If this happens, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Timely notification allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer the vacated slot to another client. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy.

  3. Payments: Most payments are due within 2 weeks of the of the service. Please coordinate with your representative to determine exact due dates as every case is different. 

  4. No-Shows: We realize that unexpected situations can arise, but if a client does not show up for a scheduled service without any prior notification, we may need to charge a no-show fee. This policy is in place because a no-show means a lost opportunity to serve another client.

  5. Refunds: We strive to ensure our clients' satisfaction with our services. However, service fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Should you find any aspect of our service unsatisfactory, we urge you to communicate this to us. We value your feedback and will do our utmost to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

  6. Package Expiration: Our service packages have an expiration date to ensure that services are timely and relevant. Please make sure to utilize all services within the package before this date. Any unused services after the expiration date cannot be refunded or carried over to a new package. This policy encourages effective use of services and allows us to maintain the quality and relevance of our offerings.

  7. Service Expectations: Our team at KD Marketing Lab is passionate about delivering high-quality service. We work closely with you to understand your specific goals and develop a tailored strategy for your business. Regular feedback sessions are conducted to ensure that our services align with your expectations and that any necessary adjustments are made promptly.
